You can choose between five (5) different rooms: The Balcony Room, the Queen Room, the Blue Room, the Yellow Room and the Terrace Room.
At the end of each individual room description, you will find our rates (before taxes as well as taxes included). At the very end of the descriptions, you will find some indications concerning our rates for any additional person, as well as our reservation and cancellation policies.
Our rates appear in Canadian Dollars. Starting today, February 3rd 2012, we are offering to our guests $20 less on the fee for each night in each room for any stay that is more then 2 nights.
All our roooms are not smoking bedrooms. |
Balcony Room
The adorable Balcony Room is wonderfully romantic with its sunlit walls beautifully offset with rich wood trim and antique furniture. The room opens on a cozy private balcony offering a superb view of the Carré St Louis.
The room has a queen size bed, a dresser and a work table. It also has a private bathroom (with shower and
bath tub) just next to the room.
During summer time, this room is equipped with a fan which together with the air circulation coming from the French door assures your comfort at all time. |

Additional person
Each room can accommodate a 3rd person. The Queen Room and the Terrace Room can accommodate up to 5 guests. The rates for these 3rd,
4th and 5th guests are as follows:
- Babies = any child under 2
years of age is lodged free of charge.
- Child (3 to 15 years old) =
$28,35/night ($33,74 taxes included)
- Teenager (16 and up) and adult =
$45,25/night ($53,84 taxes included)

- Provincial tax : 9.5%
Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made by phone, fax, e-mail or in person. To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit amounting to 50% of the total fee of the duration of the visit (before taxes). With the exception of a one night stay reservation, in which case we charge the full amount for the night (including taxes).
Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation of the stay is made more than 7 days prior the date of arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed minus 10% (or a minimum of $25) of the total value of the period for which the reservation was made.
If the cancellation of the stay is made less than 7 days before the date of arrival, there will be no refund unless the room is re-rented for the period for which the reservation was made. In which case 10% or $25 (minimum) of the full value of the period for which the reservation was made will be retain to meet the administration fees.
This cancellation policy applies to partial and full cancellations, and any changes of dates.
No refunds of deposit will be done for reservations made for Christmas Holidays and Festival International de Jazz de Montréal periods.
